Description 

The DUPLEX NATION Conference 2025 is our 1st annual conference focusing on residential multifamily real estate.  The DUPLEX NATION Conference 2025 will be a 2-day (4-hours per day) virtual event for 2025 to enable more people to attend without the added expense of traveling.  The DUPLEX NATION Conference brings together builders, property managers, lenders, insurance for this conference to help you find deals and make deals on the spot.  The DUPLEX NATION Conference 2025 is more of a working conference and less of a motivational conference geared to help you acquire a duplex!  The DUPLEX NATION Conference 2025 is great for:

Our goal is for each attendee to walk away from the DUPLEX NATION Conference 2025 with

• Inspiration – Inspire people towards homeownership (the non-traditional way)

• Education – Educate people on the benefits of a duplex

• Deals – Discuss with builders, property managers, lenders and insurance brokers buying opportunities for attendees.

• Networking – Network with builders, property managers, lenders, insurance brokers, other attendees in the residential multifamily real estate space.

 

Pre-Conference

At the time of registration, conference attendees will be provided with copies of the e-books: 5 Stages of Financial Mindset and Why I Say, Just Buy a Duplex!.   Attendees are encouraged to read the e-books prior to the conference.  This will enable attendees to have a basic understanding of the discussion topics, be better prepared to ask questions and participate in interactive sessions.

Post-Conference

After the conference, attendees will be asked to complete a short survey to help us improve the DUPLEX NATION Conference for 2026.
